Background and Experience

I am a Programme manager with over 15 years in leadership roles in HR Shared services and IT implementation as well as HR Service Delivery. I have worked as a consultant and in-house Project Manager and have set up and managed HR Shared Services delivery teams as well as the rollouts of Technology Implementation programmes. My specialities include Project management, Change management, Shared Services set up, Process Improvement & Systems Implementation and my industry experience ranges from Financial services, Travel, Utilities to Retail, Insurance and the IT sector.

I have worked with clients across a wide range of industries and programmes from small IT roll outs to large HR complex transformations. My focus is on ensuing that practical solutions are developed and delivered which are tailored to the client’s specific business needs based on my operational delivery experience. I am passionate about making sure that HR teams have all the tools, coaching, support and information they need to be successful.

I speak fluent French and have an MBA from Reims Business school in France. I am currently studying for a doctorate in Business Administration at Southampton University focusing on the future of the HR function and how it impacts managers and employees. My academic research interests include employee engagement, structuring HR teams for success and how HR can deliver most value through effective collaboration with line managers.
